This Privacy Policy explains how RAMEDEX (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

Important: Some features may be offered behind a paywall (subscription or one-time purchase). Payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details.

1) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

Account or profile information (if you create an account): email, username, or similar identifiers.
Support communications: messages you send to us (and attachments) when you contact support.

B. Information collected automatically

Device & app data: device model, OS version, language, app version, time zone, and similar technical data.
Usage data: interactions with the app (screens viewed, actions taken, feature usage), crash logs, and performance data.
Identifiers: device identifiers or advertising identifiers (where available and permitted) for analytics and fraud prevention.
IP address and approximate location derived from IP (for security and compliance).

C. Purchases & subscriptions (Paywall)

If you subscribe or make a purchase, Apple may provide us with limited information such as: subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase/renewal timestamps (to unlock features and manage entitlements). We may validate receipts using Apple’s mechanisms.

2) How We Use Information

Provide and operate the Service (including paywall access and entitlement management).
Improve features, performance, and user experience (analytics, crash reporting, A/B testing where applicable).
Security and fraud prevention (abuse detection, account protection, incident response).
Support and communication (responding to requests, service announcements).
Legal compliance (tax, accounting, audit, lawful requests).

3) Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following cases:

Service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email/support tooling). They may process data only on our instructions.
Payment processing is handled by Apple for In-App Purchases. We receive limited purchase/entitlement signals as described above.
Legal: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred.

4) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our mobile apps may use SDKs and similar technologies for analytics and performance measurement. Where required, we rely on your consent and/or platform settings (e.g., Apple’s App Tracking Transparency).

5) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the data type and purpose.

6) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Your Rights & Choices

Access / Delete

You may request access to or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Consent & Tracking

You can manage tracking permissions in iOS settings and within the app where available.

Marketing

If we send emails, you can opt out via the unsubscribe link (if applicable).

Account

If the app supports accounts, you may update account information in the app settings.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

8) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9) International Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers or providers operate, your information may be transferred and processed in other countries. We take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards where required.

10) Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
