These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RAMEDEX mobile applications and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use the Service.
Certain features are offered through subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are handled by Apple. Subscription pricing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID settings.
The Service and its content (excluding user-generated content, if any) are owned by RAMEDEX and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
If the Service allows you to submit content, you retain ownership of your content but grant RAMEDEX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMEDEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
